How to book
1. Register your family and dogs using our booking page.
2. Request your dates and services.
3. Kimberly reviews your request and confirms your stay.

Pickup & drop-off
Daily: 7–9 AM or 5–7 PM, for existing reservations. Evening drop-off is free. Morning drop-off with evening pickup adds a $25 half-day charge. Times outside these windows require advance approval.

Cancellations
Regular stays: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged one night.
Holiday stays: Please give at least seven days’ notice. Within seven days, the 50% holiday deposit is nonrefundable.

Tips are never expected and always appreciated. Optional $5, $10, $15, or custom tips are available at pickup.
